About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity to join our Community Waiting Times Team to support the flow of services and timely

data recording and analysis. The successful candidate will join our already established Community Waiting Times Team and

report to our Community Waiting Times Team Manager.

Applicants should have an excellent understanding of community care and support and be knowledgeable in relation to the

Health and Social Care Standards. This post will also provide co-ordination of the multi-disciplinary team's allocation
