Following a successful tender win with Leeds City Council, under the Community Health and Well-being Service (CHWS)
contract, we are looking for dedicated, kind, compassionate, care professionals who are passionate about supporting and
caring for people so they can continue to live at home, and in promoting their independence, wellbeing and community
