About the Role
We are delighted to offer the opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated maternity community support worker to join
our community midwifery team.
This role is based at Amersham Hospital but some cross site working will be required across the county.
As part of the community team you will support the midwives to deliver care to women at all stages of pregnancy and post
birth, there is some lone working, home visiting and also the opportunity to work with the wider multi-agency team in
care settings including at children’s Centre’s.
