About the Role

Within our older adults’ homes, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where our Companions can deliver the

exceptional care our residents deserve. You’ll have the opportunity to shape your own role, providing support and

companionship to our residents, working closely with individuals and groups to find out how you can support them best.

What you’ll do:

• Support with meaningful activities: Help organise and participate in a range of activities, encouraging physical,

mental and social stimulation.
