Complaints, Safety, Governance and Risk Coordinator
About the Role
You will provide a co-ordinated role for all patient complaints, safety, Governance and Risk issues relating to the
Maternity and Gynaecology Business Unit. The postholder will undertake a key role liaising with Key Business Unit staff
and Managers to ensure that information is collated to enable complaints, safety, governance and Risk issues to be
responded to or handled within the trust quality, complaints, governance and Risk standards and deadlines
The post holder will also undertake a key role liaising with the PALS and Complaints Teams.
The postholder will be required to pro-actively manage the patient experience issues within the Business Unit and
