About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
This service provides nursing care to a growing number of clients with complex health care needs in the community.
Procedures will include suctioning, ventilation, tracheostomy care, Naso Gastric/Peg feeding and other procedures to
maintain/improve health. The service will be community based to assess, plan and implement all appropriate interventions
to deliver specialist nursing care in response to individualised assessed need. The postholder will be expected to carry
out all care duties delegated from the Team Manager (Band 7 Nurse) and may ultimately be required to demonstrate
