Location: Surrey (KT area)

Hours: Approx. 84 hours per week (shift-based, 2:1 support)

Reporting to: Clinical Lead / Care Coordinator

Role Overview We are seeking experienced Complex Care Support Workers to support an individual with high-dependency

physical health needs living in the community following hospital discharge.
