Complex Care Support Worker - Female Only

About the Role

We are currently recruiting to add to our existing team due to an increase in care hours, supporting an 18-year-old

young gentleman with complex care needs in his family home in Halifax.

This role offers 36 hours per week on a rolling rota, working 8am–4pm for day shifts and 10pm–8am for night shifts (one

night per week). You will also work 1 in 3 weekends. The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour, plus £50 per night shift.

O lives at home with his parents and younger sibling. He communicates using eye gaze technology and facial expressions,

as he is non-verbal. O uses his eyes to direct people to what he wants and enjoys making choices about his daily
