About the Company
You will be supporting a bright and sociable 45-year-old man with a brain injury who lives in his own adapted property
in Welwyn. He shares his home with his mother and his dedicated care team and requires 2:1 support on a 24-hour basis.
He is non-verbal and communicates using thumbs up and thumbs down gestures, along with a small number of hand signals.
He also uses a communication tool with images and emojis, developed by his Speech and Language Therapist, to help him
