Job Description:

Are you an experienced Complex Support Worker in the Plymouth area and able to work 28-36 hours plus sleep shifts? The

role of a Complex Support Worker requires supporting individuals with varying levels of challenging behaviours which

will be safely managed by multiple staff to person ratio along with systems to support the person’s needs with a

positive approach. You will be trained to a high level from mandatory training, right through to safety intervention

training.
