About the Role

Deliver highly specialist, evidence-based care for patients with complex ventilation needs Act as a key point of contact

and advocate for patients and families Maintain accurate clinical records in line with Trust policy Identify patients

approaching end of life and support appropriate palliative care planning Contribute to clinical governance, quality

improvement and service development Work in line with Trust values, safeguarding, and information governance

requirements Travel independently across a wide geographical area (full UK driving licence required)
