About the Role

A Specialist school in Thatcham are looking for a support worker dedicated to serving children and young people with

Autism, Speech and Language disorders, moderate to severe learning disabilities, and associated behavioural challenges,

is actively seeking a proactive Complex Needs Assistant to join their SEN team. In this role, you will collaborate with

the class team to foster student progress toward academic success and EHCP objectives.

Your duties will include assisting with educational activities, monitoring student progress, implementing therapy-led

programs, managing challenging behaviours, and ensuring the welfare of students. You'll also engage in ongoing
