Complex Needs Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting children/young people with a range of

complex needs, including physical disabilities, medical needs, communication difficulties, sensory needs, and

social–emotional challenges. You will play a key role in ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and able to engage

positively in learning. Key Responsibilities * Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with complex needs
