Complex Needs Teaching Assistant (Experienced)

About the Role

Axcis is looking for a support worker in the Handsworth area to work as a Teaching Assistant. You will be an integral

part of the team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything they do. The hours for this role is

8:30 - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, starting in September 2025 for a minimum of the whole of the 2025/26 academic year.

The successful candidate will be dynamic, creative and will work hard to meet the personalised needs of the children.

The post holder will have high expectations of the children ensuring they reflect on the children’s needs to ensure

progress is being made both academically, socially and emotionally. Depending on the child(ren) you are supporting,
