About the Role
HFH Healthcare is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory standards for new recruits and ongoing staff compliance. This role involves conducting audits, managing documentation, and supporting recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Verify identity and compliance of new recruits.
- Conduct quarterly audits and report non-compliance.
- Chase missing information from candidates and referees.
- Administrate the e-learning system for new staff.
- Support recruitment officers during busy periods.
Requirements
- Experience in resource management and onboarding compliance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to multitask and build relationships.

Compensation
£27,000 per annum, to be discussed further during the interview process.
