About the Role
Wayman Education is seeking a Computing Teacher for an Independent School in Reading, starting in September. This full-time or part-time role involves teaching Computing to KS3/4 students. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring educator, eager to contribute to a dynamic Computing Curriculum and foster student engagement.
Responsibilities
- Teach Computing to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in school events and activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computing or related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
- Experience teaching Computing at secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for inspiring students in Computing.

Compensation
The salary for this Computing Teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS London.
