Connecting Lives Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to join our Connecting Lives service. The Connecting Lives team
are responsible for the monitoring of placements for adults with a wide range of needs including Learning Disabilities,
Physical Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Dementia or other vulnerabilities.
The Connecting Lives Coordinator’s responsibilities are support and monitor adult placements delivered by self-employed
Carers and Support Workers.
In this role, you will; Required to undertake a number of diverse specialist or technical activities within a service
