About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Studies Lecturer to join our team at Global Banking School. This role involves teaching undergraduate students in the BSc (Hons) Construction Management programme, developing course materials, and assessing student performance. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as classes may occur on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess student work effectively.
- Develop and improve course materials regularly.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods and materials.
- Engage in staff development and administrative duties.
- Stay updated on industry developments and student support.
- Work towards defined objectives for student success.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant subject area; PhD preferred.
- Previous UK higher education lecturing experience.
- Extensive knowledge of construction management principles.
- Experience supervising and supporting student work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
