About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Private Patient Billing and Credit Control team as a Consultant Account
Specialist. The successful applicant will require strong communication skills and possess a methodical approach to query
investigation and process improvement. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Consultant billing accounts,
ensuring that strong working relationships are developed and maintained with all service users. They will be responsible
for all matters relating to the account management and liaise with the Billing and Credit Control , Service Improvement
, Data quality and Coding teams along with the Consultant Liaison officer to ensure that accurate bills are produced and
