Consultant Community Paediatrician

About the Role

Job Purpose: This is a 10 PA post with Cambridgeshire Community Services (CCS). Assessment and management of children

with neurodevelopmental disorders including autism, ADHD and learning disability (either individually or as part of a

multi-disciplinary team). Provide healthcare to children up to 19 years of age in a local SEND school this includes

medical advice to children related to their learning needs, multi-disciplinary assessment and management of children

with complex physical disability. This would include supporting transition plans for children within that provision and

safeguarding support. This may include supporting advanced care plans and end of life support with other agencies. This
