About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic community Consultant-led multidisciplinary servicebased at

Moulsecoomb Health Centre in Brighton. The team comprises ofDiabetes Specialist Nurses, Nurse Consultant, Diabetes

Specialist Dietitians, Podiatrists, Psychologists and support staff supporting adults living with type 1 and type 2

diabetes across Brighton & Hove, High Weald, Lewes & Havens.

This is an 8PA replacement post; the successful applicant will join a team of 3 other consultants (1.86 WTE) alongside a

nurse consultant and two resident doctor diabetes placements: a specialist registrar (6 month rotation) and a GP trainee
