About the Role

1:12 Gastroenterology inpatient cover at Royal Berkshire Hospital GI bleed on call 2-3 clinics per week 2-3 endoscopy

lists per week (including service and training lists) Vetting and validating endoscopy, GP and ward referrals

Involvement in the Rapid Diagnostic Centre programme supporting Upper GI & Colorectal 2WW referrals You will be expected

to develop the gastroenterology service in collaboration with consultant colleagues. Responsibilities This post is for a

substantive member of the Consultant team focused on core Gastroenterology outpatient and endoscopy procedures. There

are many opportunities to drive the service forward and we are looking for a can-do appointee to seek out these
