About the Role

This job is for a Consultant Gastroenterologist. The job is a full-time post comprising of 10 Programmed Activities

(PAs).

Gastroenterology consultants are not part of the GIM on call rota. We provide weekend Gastro zone review combined with

GI bleeding provision currently on a 1:8 basis. The GI bleeding rota is supported by two fully trained endoscopy nurses

who attend out-of-hour emergencies.
