About the Role
In addition, he / she will be required to: Collaborate and work to maintain emergency medicine in line with strategic
requirements Provide with colleagues in this specialty, routine and emergency services to the Trust Direct clinical
supervision and training of the emergency department junior medical and nursing staff Participate in the development of
emergency department treatment protocols in conjunction with specialty colleagues as appropriate Take the lead and
responsibility for the professional supervision and appraisal of junior medical staff in conjunction with colleagues To
participate in the training and assessment of Specialist Registrars/ST Grade doctors rotating through the department To
