About the Role

Kingston & Richmond NHS Foundation Trust is excited to be recruiting five Consultants in Geriatric Medicine to help

shape the future of frailty care across south west London. We are at the forefront of frailty service transformation,

with investment to expand our Frailty Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) unit and community frailty pathways.

Our Trust has a proven track record of innovation in frailty and is proud to be one of only seven systems nationally

selected to join the NHS England Frailty Improvement Collaborative. We are also leading partners in the London-wide

frailty network, co-designing integrated, patient-centred approaches that reduce avoidable hospital admissions and
