About the Role
We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Consultant in Haematology on
either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful Haematology department.
Our client is one of the largest integrated care Trusts in the country bringing together hospital and community
services, serving 9,000 staff, including 1,300 doctors and 4,000 nurses and serves a diverse population of approximately
850,000 with a budget of over £640 Million. This Department is a specialist centre for haemoglobin and red cell
disorders, operating as the centre for a large Red Cell Network. We also treat a wide range of malignant and benign
