About the Role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and cohesive team of 19 Consultant Radiologists within the Medical Imaging

Department at Leighton Hospital which is part of the Diagnostic and Clinical Support Services Division.

The post holder will be expected to provide interventional radiology (IR) services in both vascular and non-vascular

intervention. The post holder is also expected to bring in leadership skills and will proactively expand IR services

provided by the trust. Involvement in general radiology would be preferred, and this would be actively encouraged.

The department is supported by Specialist Trainees (ST) on rotation through Health Education England (NW), radiographers
