service within a Trust recognised for innovation, collaboration, and patient-centred care. Our Microbiology departments
support comprehensive diagnostic services across both acute sites and are fully UKAS accredited to ISO 15189. The team
includes experienced Biomedical Scientists, Clinical Scientists, and Consultants covering bacteriology, virology,
mycology, infection control, and antimicrobial stewardship. You will work closely with colleagues in Infection
Prevention & Control, Infectious Diseases, and the wider Pathology Network to deliver safe, responsive, and clinically
