Consultant in PICU and PaNDR (10PA)

About the Role

The successful candidate will join a friendly and enthusiastic team including clinicians, highly experienced Nurses,

Specialty Registrars and fellows , dedicated ambulance technicians and the Emergency Bed Finding Service (EBS). The

Paediatric Retrieval service is co-located and integrated with the neonatal transport service and is operational 24/7,

365 days a year covering the East of England. The Paediatric team have now completed more than 1000 transfers since

inception in April 2021. Our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit supports a wide range of medical and surgical specialties,

major trauma, education and research. We are the regional centre for paediatric surgery, with a 13 bedded PICU and a 40
