About the Role

We are a friendly, hardworking, and dedicated multidisciplinary group of professionals in the Community Adult Physical

Health Directorate who are looking for a Consultant-grade medical practitioner in any of the following specialisms Acute

Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics, or a general medical practitioner (GP) to work to further develop our

community model to provide excellent care for our patients as an alternative to unplanned hospital attendance or

admission. If you possess expert senior decision-making skills, enjoy direct patient care, have outstanding

communication skills and can lead, work and teach an enthusiastic team, this is the job for you.
