Consultant Neurologist with Interest in PD and Movement Disorders
About the Role
The postholders duties will cover the breadth of service provision across several fields: Clinical service provision The
postholder will run dedicated Parkinsons/movement disorder clinics, which include seeing new and follow up patients,
leading and participating in advanced therapy services: Foslevodopa eligibility and follow-up clinics, MDT clinics,
day-case foslevodopa/apomorphine infusion titration in conjunction with the PD nurse team, follow-up reviews. The
postholder will also contribute to general neurology services, and APD services. Together with other movement disorders
consultant colleagues, the postholder will support the Neurology specialist nurse team and pharmacist prescribers,
