About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 8b Nurse Consultant in End of Life Care.

This post will play a key role in supporting the North Middlesex Health Unit in developing and maintaining sustainable

high quality Specialist palliative care and End of Life care. This will be done through close co operation with the

Palliative care team lead and the palliative care consultants as well as close cooperation with the divisional teams to

ensure that end of life care is tailored to the area that it is being delivered. The health unit end of Life care

steering group will set the direction and support the post holder to improve patient and carer experience and the
