About the Role

1. In addition to being part of the diagnostic and neurodevelopmental formulation team ,the post holder will provide

outpatient clinics for assessments and treatment for children in the neurodevelopmental pathway with additional mental

health comorbidity. 2. Attend and help shape the team meetings in order to ensure robust clinical governance activities

are maintained including appropriate CPD slots, arranged by the Team Manager in collaboration with senior clinicians. 3.

Link with Intensive Support Team and the crisis team this will include supporting IST workers to formulate its cases and

plan patients care as the patients Tier 3 consultant. 4. 2.5 Programmed Activities (or pro-rata) are allocated for CPD,
