About the Role

Clinical Leadership: Providing clinical leadership for the assessment and management of patients admitted to the PICU

and Lighthouse, including conducting ward rounds, reviews, and overseeing care plans. Comprehensive Assessment and

Treatment: Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mental health conditions and developing individualized treatment

plans. Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other members of the multidisciplinary team (nurses,

psychologists, social workers, etc.) to deliver holistic care. To meet on a regular basis with the Consultant

Psychiatrist in charge of Crane Ward and Frays Ward. Medication Management: Prescribing and managing psychiatric
