About the Role

A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Since 2017, perinatal mental health services have expanded nationally. Locally, Wave 1 funding supported the development

of a comprehensive service for South Birmingham, followed by Wave 2 funding to establish services across the Black

Country, West Birmingham, North and East Birmingham, and Solihull. All teams are multidisciplinary, including

psychology, nursing, OT and nursery nursing specialists.

These teams work alongside the established 10‑bedded Mother and Baby Unit (MBU) and its Outreach Team, both commissioned
