To assist in the delivery of high-quality nursing care as part of the Continence Service, to the registered population

of Greenwich within patients’ homes, including care homes.

To support the Continence Specialist Nurses within clinic setting.

• To perform continence reviews within the community, updating product orders as appropriate and manage the review
