About the Role

We are looking for three forward thinking individuals that hold a passion for bladder and bowel conditions that are

highly motivated in treatment and management to join our enthusiastic Norfolk Team.

This position will be working across Norfolk.

Job purpose

· To assist in the delivery of high standards of continence care to patients within their own homes, care homes, the

travelling community and in clinics, by following prescribed packages of care.
