Contracts Specialist

About the Role

The Clinical Education Assurance Leads are responsible for assuring that supplier-delivered training is clinically

robust, contractually compliant, and aligned with DWP's Core Training and Guidance Materials (CTGM), national CPD best

practice, and regulatory standards (e.g. GMC, NMC, HCPC). The role involves monitoring and evaluating clinical education

programmes, conducting audits, embedding clinical governance frameworks, and supporting inspection readiness through

accurate documentation and evidence of learning. Acting as a strategic link between the Education and Clinical

Governance teams, the postholder engages with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical educators,
