We are seeking a dedicated Second Chef for Rose Court Care Home at Kathryn Homes. In this role, you will deliver high-quality meals while ensuring the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities

• Deliver hotel and restaurant standard meals.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor stock and maintain effective rotation.
• Adapt dishes to meet individual dietary needs.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a catering environment.
• Understanding of dietary and nutritional requirements.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification.
• NVQ Level 2 is preferred.
