JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Patient Flow Manager to oversee and optimise the movement of patients
through our healthcare system. This role is critical in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient patient care while
maintaining operational performance and reducing delays across departments.
You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring
capacity is used effectively and patient experience remains at the forefront.
