About the Role
We are recruiting for aBand 3 Coordinator/Administrative Assistantto join ourInterim Care Teamat University Hospitals
Dorset (UHD).
Our well-established and highly regarded team provides an early supported discharge service across two sites:Bournemouth
HospitalandChristchurch Hospital. We support patients who are ready to leave the acute hospital setting but require
additional help to regain and optimise their independence at home.
The service is therapy- and nursing-led, with a multidisciplinary team that includes Coordinators, Community Therapy
Responsibilities
