Core Clinical Fellow Community Wards - General Medicine

About the Role

Provide highquality care to ward patients under the direction and supervision of senior staff. Work collaboratively as

part of the multidisciplinary team and actively participate in MDT meetings. Contribute to the education and development

of nursing staff, ancillary staff, and undergraduate students. Participate in audits and research activities as required

by the team. Undertake duties in emergency or unforeseen circumstances at the request of the appropriate consultant,

liaising with senior and junior colleagues where practicable. Attend monthly clinical governance meetings and contribute

to ongoing quality improvement.
