Cover Supervisor/Safeguarding Support Officer

About the Role

At Sir William Romney’s School we strive for excellence in everything we do, therefore we are seeking to appoint a Cover

Supervisor/Safeguarding Support Worker. This is a permanent, part-time position (32.5 hours per week, term time plus

inset days) starting as soon as possible. Applicants should be capable of demonstrating outstanding practice and have a

passion for working with children. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a Cover Supervisor, ensuring the

smooth delivery of lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher. When

cover is not required, the role will provide valuable support to the Safeguarding Team, contributing to the school’s
