processes through essential administrative, systems based and data focused responsibilities, ensuring a professional and
responsive service for staff across the organisation.
This role involves delivering high quality customer service through accurate auditing of CPD applications, maintaining
reliable records and trackers, and ensuring timely processing of payments.
