JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) Community Mental Health Services for Older Peoples Service is to
provide safe, effective, compassionate care, in accordance with legal and statutory responsibilities and Trust policies.
CPN’s will normally work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing assessment, treatment and care for clients with
