About the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities The provision of effective clinical leadership and operational management of the Crisis
Resolution Home Treatment Team. To act as a senior point of contact for service users, their relatives and carers. The
post holder will experience some high expressed emotions at times and be able to manage severely challenging behaviours.
To lead on the formulation of staff off duties to ensure the most effective use of resources in relation to service user
need and team activity. To lead on the monitoring of all staff sickness, in accordance with Trustpolicies. To ensure
that all staff follow the guidelines identified in the Trust andNational policies. To participate in the investigation
