The post holder will be based within North Lincolnshire supporting the operational oversight of Crisis Resolution and

Home Treatment Services (CRHT)

CRHT provide specialist assessment for individuals referred into services for urgent mental health care on a 24/7 basis.

The team offers initial screening and clinical triage to determine individual’s presentation to determine how best to

support with their mental health. Additional to this, short term home treatment is offered to minimise risks and prevent
