About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
To coordinate and implement the in-service training and continuing professional education of the Emergency Practitioner
(EP) team within the Emergency Department (ED). To work collaboratively with the EP Lead to support the growth,
competency and professional development of the EP team ensuring delivery of safe, effective and high- quality patient
care and to provide targeted training and support for registered nurses working within initial assessment (IA) and Rapid
Assessment and Treatment (RAT), through both one to one and group teaching.
