About the Role
The Critical Care department at Homerton is a 2 unit department with state of the art facilities and improve the care we
can offer to our patients. This will also support our clinical teams by providing up to date clinical environments for
our teams to deliver this care.
The Matron will be a highly visible, accessible, and authoritative presence in Critical Care, to which patients, their
families and others can turn for leadership, assistance, advice, and support. The post holder will be part of the
Divisional Nursing Leadership team with specific responsibility for Critical Care.
