Critical Care Night Outreach Practitioner

About the Role

Take responsibility for the clinical leadership and direction of the critical care team Undertakes and documents a

comprehensive, systematic and accurate nursing assessment of the patient as appropriate Deliver a high standard of care

based on best practice to maintain patient safety and provide a good patient experience. Creates and utilizes

opportunities to promote health and well-being of patients in their care To undertake clinical shifts within the

outreach service, identify, assess and manage a caseload of patients who are deteriorating or who are at risk of

deteriorating. Recommend interventions to optimise patients care, obtaining medical support as required. Support staff
